July 1, 2009 NIIT has opened its sixth centre in Dansoman. The centre is located at Total Filling station, Adjacent Procredit Bank, Dansoman High Street, Opposite Anglican Church. The centre will offer NIIT's latest curriculum at this state-of-the-art ICT centre of excellence in the environs of Dansoman. NIIT already has 5 ICT centres in Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi and Tema and this latest addition will further strengthen its reach. It is NIIT's belief that it should reach the customer wherever possible to reduce the overall cost of studying and also to improve the level of ICT penetration in the country. The centre will be operational by July 15 and classes will begin by August 1.
